Anifowoshe Landlords/Residents Association (ALRA) is a residential community located in Ikeja, Lagos, committed to fostering a safe, peaceful, and harmonious environment for all residents. Guided by its slogan, “Strength and Unity,” the Association promotes collective responsibility and community development through the active participation of its members.Â
ALRA collects annual dues from residents, which are utilised to provide essential security services and fund communal projects and infrastructure needs. These include the installation and maintenance of security gates, as well as other initiatives aimed at enhancing the safety, welfare, and overall quality of life within the community.

We collect monthly dues from residents of the community . These dues are used to fund community security services and other communal prohjects and infastructure needs such as the installation and maintenance of security gates.
Anifowoshe Projects
